Designing for freight
Bronze is dense — plan the carton before the range
A container of bronze reaches its weight limit long before it fills up. That single fact should shape a décor range: nesting sizes, flat-packed panels and a sensible ratio of large anchor pieces to small repeat sellers will do more for your margin than a discount on unit price.
Tell us your carton and pallet dimensions at the quotation stage and we will propose sizes that fill them. We quote unit weight, packed weight and pieces per carton as standard, so your freight forwarder has what they need without a second email.
Cloisonné enamel
Colour, where a patina will not do
Cloisonné (phap lam) sets coloured enamel between soldered wires on a bronze body — slow, hand work, and priced accordingly. It suits vases, lidded jars and panel inserts where a range needs a colour statement. Enamel pieces need their own packing regime; we crate them separately and mark the cartons.

What we see working for importers
- Three sizes, one form. A vase shape in 20, 30 and 45 cm outsells five unrelated shapes, and the shelf looks deliberate.
- A wall panel as the anchor. One large relief panel photographs well, carries the range in your catalogue and sells the smaller pieces around it.
- One colour story per shipment. Antique patina and polished bronze in the same delivery reads as a mistake unless the range is designed for the contrast.

Before you order
Can you make a piece to our own design?
Yes — that is the custom line. Send a drawing or a sample; we cast a sample for approval and keep the pattern for your account.
Are the vases watertight?
Cast bronze vessels are intended as décor. If a piece must hold water, say so: we fit a sealed liner rather than promise a casting will never weep at a seam.
Do you supply gift boxes?
We supply plain protective packing as standard and printed retail boxes or inserts on request as part of a private-label order.
